Homeless Being

Perhaps there should be a rule to the effect that no one gets to complain about the presence of homeless individuals in a certain location unless they have at least one plausable suggestion of another location.

Callow politicians and administrative personell who violate this rule should be required to spend a day in their situation, looking for somewhere to be.
